The beautiful Iris Attic is located on the top floor of the villa and features a bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area.

It measures 50 sqm (538 sq.ft) and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Guests enjoy full access to all facilities of the Sheraton Lake Como, including the swimming pool with solarium and heated whirlpool area (open in spring and summer), the children’s playground, the indoor fitness studio, and the Spa.

To delight your senses, three dining experiences await: the laid-back outdoor restaurant Kincho, open all day during the warm season; the Michelin-starred Kitchen, for a refined gourmet experience; and Gusto, offering authentic Italian cuisine.

The Sheraton concierge is also at your complete disposal to arrange tours or other experiences in the area.

In the shadow of the Rhaetian Alps and hemmed in on both sides by steep, verdant hillsides, Lake Como (aka lake Lario) is the most spectacular and least visited of the three major lakes in Northern Italy.

Our villa is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings. Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street.

To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (650 ft distant), and Bennett mall (5 minutes walking distance).
