Ninfea Attic with balcony

Located on the top floor of the villa hosting the KK Resort Apartments, the Ninfea Attic welcomes guests in a warm and comfortable setting.

The attic can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a separate bedroom and a living area featuring a sofa bed and a kitchenette. It also includes a private bathroom with a shower.

To enjoy the beautiful Lake Como sunshine, guests have access to a small furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Guests can also take advantage of all the services offered by the nearby Sheraton Lake Como: from the outdoor swimming pool with heated whirlpool area (open in spring and summer) and the children’s playground, to all the hotel facilities such as the fitness studio and the Spa.

For food lovers, a wide range of dining options awaits: the open-air Kincho restaurant by the pool, perfect for aperitifs, grilled specialties, and pizzas (open in spring and summer); the Michelin-starred Kitchen for a gourmet experience; and Gusto, offering refined Italian cuisine in an elegant indoor setting.

In the shadow of the Rhaetian Alps and hemmed in on both sides by steep, verdant hillsides, Lake Como (aka lake Lario) is the most spectacular and least visited of the three major lakes in Northern Italy.

Our villa is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings. Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street. To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (650 ft distant), and Bennett mall (5 minutes walking distance).
